Hello! Welcome to my blog. I'm Blake Ellis, and I am a Broker at Re/Max equity group in Lake Oswego, OR. For the past 2.5 years, I've had the pleasure of helping buyers and sellers find homes in the Portland, Oregon market.
This past year has been a year of ups and downs. Fears about financing, the credit crunch, and high inventories of homes across the nation have added to an interesting work climate for me. I've found a HUGE part of my job description to be an educator to my clients - from weekly updates for my sellers to size up their competition to researching available properties for Buyers looking for a home - I'm striving to create educated clients so that the whole process is smooth for everyone - including me.
This blog is part of my focus for 2008 - educating both current and future Portlanders about the great options available to them.
